SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Mui by Vui! Each order is carefully prepared and packaged with care.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-10 business days. Processing times may be slightly longer during launches, holidays, sales, or other high-volume periods.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout begin once your order has been processed and shipped.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Delivery Delays
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of Mui by Vui's direct control. Delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at muibyvui@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Mui by Vui is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact muibyvui@gmail.com as soon as possible and include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated at checkout.
